The
Colnago Master is the steel frame that made cycling history thanks to its cold drawn star shaped tubes instead of t
he usual round shape. It also had the Precisa fork that had straight stays to help handling.
It became the standout model for Italian frame builder Colnago and won almost ever race on the calendar, including the Giro d'Italia, the world championships, Olympics and cobbled classics. To celebrate the 55th anniversary of Colnago, the company has created a limited edition model called the Master 55.
The rear stays, forks and the head lugs are all decorated and contrast to the black colours, creating an elegant look. The frame also a silver and gold clover leaf logo on the head tube.
