On the final day of the Milan EICMA bike show, well known Italian cycling journalist Auro Bulbarelli was a special guest at the Cicli Elios stand.
Bulbarelli was given a special ‘Learco Guerra’ city bike following the agreement between the Learco and Franco Guerra brothers and Cicli Elios.
The gift was made in recognition of the special friendship between the Guerra family and Bulbarelli’s family. Both come from Mantua.
“I happily remember when I used to go to the Guerra bike shop as a boy, it was a magical place,” Bulbarelli said. “I hope the 2011 Giro d’Italia will visit Mantua and so honour Learco Guerra’s first pink jersey of 1931.”
