1. Eicma takes place from 4 to 7 November, at the trade fair district of Fiera Milano Rhò, with opening hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., every day except Friday 7 November, when the show stays open until 10.00 p.m.


2. YES, there is a pre-sale service for the regular tickets that are valid for a single entrance.


3. NO, the pre-sale service only handles regular tickets.


4. NO, Lady Complimentary tickets can be picked up only and exclusively at the reception desk of Fiera Milano during the show period.


5. NO, there are no cumulative tickets for Eicma.


6. People younger than 16 are NOT admitted during the days reserved for trade operators and the press.


7. A GROUP must be comprised of at least 10 people and the group leader enters for free. Please go to the reception all together and the leader, who must have a complete list of the group members written on headed paper of their association, will buy the tickets. One free ticket every 10 people.


8. NO, pets are not allowed into the trade fair premises.

10. During Eicma, a person suffering from disabilities enters the show for free, together with a person accompanying him/her.
