Not even the rain couldn’t bottle up flow of visitors at EICMA final day, with inescapable traffic jam all around Milan’s Fair neighbour. 68th Milan fair (45.708 operators, including 12.583 from foreign countries) made more than 500.000 visitors, with figures rising up every day in comparison with last year’s: +5% on the first day, +18% on the second, +24% on the third and +13% on Sunday closing day. In spite of bike industries lower attendance disappointing some bike-lovers among visitors, the Milan event went out so strengthened on 2010 edition to look forward to the future with great expectations and focus on the better option to put bike industry back the importance they deserve.

EICMA exhibition made a great impact on spectators, that was satisfying to ascertain by exhibitors who made huge investments on this event. Even on Sunday spectators enjoyed an overall experience with plenty of beautiful motorbike to admire inside the pavillons as well as MotoLive competition and many side events attended by several sport and show-business personalities.
EICMA also did great efforts on communication area, rewarded by the presence of 2.104 registered media representatives and stunning success (+30% compared with 2009) achieved by internet platform’s contents (articles, interviews, photos, videos) constantly updated in real time: over 300.000 unique users visited the website during the whole event (67.061 on Tuesday, November 2nd was the daily peak), over 3 million pages viewed and 50 million hits. 2010 EICMA also hosted Mediaset huge TV set used for “live” transmissions dedicated to MotoGP.
