Aspes after the launch of its first hybrid scooter, the innovative Sirio Hybrid 50, officially entered on the market in August 2010 and already present in the first authorized dealerships www.aspesitalia.com, broadens its range of products that presents in preview at EICMA 2010:
- two power assisted bicycles named Elios and Sibilla, allow long-distance-neutral, the level of technology is at the top of the range, design and finishes
of excellence, both models in three colors, black, white and silver, can be ordered from authorized dealerships starting from November 2010 with deliveries in January 2011.

-two innovative hybrid scooters named Vega Hybrid 125 e Perseo Hybryd 151. All the Aspes scooters have a permanent hybrid motor and the possibility to  recharge the electric batteries (LiFePO4) whilst using the scooter.
Equipped with a convenient selector button, three riding modes can be chosen:
1. ENGINE – riding with a traditional 4-stroke combustion engine with a catalytic converter, a state of the art combustion engine which is now more ecological and that allows the LiFePO4 battery to recharge whilst moving.
2. MIX MODE – an “electric” riding mode to start off with which automatically, when the vehicle goes above a fixed speed, passes to the mixed mode of “electric + combustion”.
The scooters have got a microprocessor based control unit which registers the increase in speed, activating the 4-stroke engine simply and without any effort, also switching the engine over to the latter. Like the Sirio Hybrid 50 scooter, which in practice: from 0 to 18 km/h operates with the electric engine only, from 18 km/h to 30 km/h operates with the engines working together supplying energy at the same time, above 30 km/h passes to the combustion engine only, switching the electric motor to a generator to recharge the LiFePO4 battery.
Its similar for the Vega Hybrid 125 and the Perseo Hybrid 151 scooters, but with a different rapport between the switch at different speeds proportional to the power of the engines and performance.
3. ELECTRIC – the scooter operates exclusively using the efficient electric engine. In addition, the batteries installed can be recharged in two convenient ways: by using the combustion engine (charges automatically whilst moving) without the need for leads or electricity and/or by the external plug.
Aspes vehicles allow their users to overcome anti-pollution restrictions, to move around in a more ecological and economical way, saving through the purchase at competitive prices and wherev available State/Regional incentives, and low consumption.
All new models can be ordered from authorized dealerships from November 2010 with delivery from January 2011 www.aspesitalia.com
