The geometry of self-ventilating disc's brake band, specifically studied by the Grimeca technicians, combines the increase of the surface of thermal exchange with the centrifugal flow of ventilation generated by the shape of the channels within the actual band.
Result: a more effective cooling of the disc due to the greater dissipation of the heat when braking, also under extreme conditions of use.
