Now it’s the time of the new Evolution case for Horizontal Minarelli engines.
Two are the main features:
The most important is the primary gear with variator driven pulley.
Polini Motori has projected a further working on the case so that it is possible to fit the supplementary gear that works on a pin to be screwed on the shaft itself. Thanks to this the pin is less flexible while usually it is completely overhanging.
Second important feature is the creation of an air intake conveyor and air vent to improve the variator cooling. In order to eliminate the impurities on the air intake conveyor, a sponge has been fitted in the conveyor.
Thanks to this technical innovations it is possible to eliminate the Minarelli variator’s vibrations and it is possible to exploit all the belt run on the variator.
In the tuned-up engines it also increases the speed.
