Such a complete collection like the Premier one could not miss the Dream Liner model, a flip up helmet that represents one of the most important news of the 2011 collection of the Tuscan factory. An helmet designed and realized for the biker who appreciates the versatility of a flip up helmet, but who doesn’t want to give up on the safety and lightness of the trycomposite fibres (the helmet weights less than 1.500 gr). The Dream Liner shell is moulded in trycomposite materials, following a new and evolved stratification composed with Carbon, Aramidc Fibres and Dyneema. Guaranteeing a perfect comfort, the shape of the shell is very aerodynamic and allows the Dream Liner to be one of the most quite flip up helmets nowadays available on the market.
The practical open-close mechanism of the mouth piece works through just one button. The inner shell is in Eps and is moulded with differentiate density in two different sizes in order to guarantee the best shock absorption capacity. The inner lining is fully removable and washable, and is made using only anallergic fabrics with Sanitized treatment, that guarantee a perfect aeration and a great comfort, while the chinstrap is equipped with a quick release buckle with micrometric regulation. The sophisticated ventilation system which works through two adjustable air vents on the mouth piece and one on the upper part on the shell to permit the entrance of the fresh air inside, and a rear air vent which allows the exit of the hot and humid air. On the lower part of the shell is positioned a stabilization spoiler as well, to cancel the turbulences and the consequent head oscillations up to high speeds. The new visor mechanism is adjustable, allows the removal of the new strong visor without any tool. The transparent polycarbonate visor is moulded with the injection method, and has a thickness of 2,2 mm, prepared with both anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments.
AngelThe Premier Angel represents the new frontier of the touristic helmet. The Italian company has projected and realized an helmet that could be suitable to the bike-tourist, but that included all the typical characteristics of Premier Helmets: lightness, safety and aero dynamicity. So the Angel has been born, an helmet for the sportive bike-tourist who requires from his helmet comfort, lightness, silent and high performances. The shell is made in trycomposite material, moulded with Carbon, Aramidic Fibers and Dyneema, but for those who want the absolute best is also available a pure Carbon version of the Angel, with visible real carbon on the shell. The shape of the shell guarantees a great comfort but also aero dynamicity, quietness and most of all a perfect balance, essential characteristics for an helmet that could be used for several hours. The inner shell is in EPS and is moulded in two sizes with differentiate density, to guarantee the maximum shock absorption capacity.The inner lining is fully removable and washable, the anallergic fabrics with Sanitized treatment guarantee great comfort, while the chin strap mechanism is a quick release system with micrometric buckle. The ventilation system is essential but very well performing, that uses two adjustable air vents, one on the mouth piece and one on the upper part of the helmet, and also a rear spoiler which allows the exit of hot and humid air that has been created inside the helmet. The visor mechanism has a new mechanism, that can be activated with an instrument that is included in the helmet box. The visor, injected with polycarbonate, has a thickness of 2,2 mm and has an anti-scratch and antifog treatment.
VintageThe desires of its customers have always been very important for Premier and for this reason they’ve included in the 2010 collection the Vintage model, an open face helmet that answers to the latest fashion and style requirements of the market. The Vintage is dedicated to those who want a fashion and cool city helmet, characterised by nice classic graphics, without forgetting about the safety requirements that, especially in the city centres where, based on recent statistics, the 67% of the motorbike crashes happens, are the most important characteristic of a protective helmet. The Vintage shell is made of a tri-composite mix, with dyneema, carbon and aramidic fibres. This is the same fibres mix that Premier uses on all its helmets and it comes from the long experience that this Italian company has developed through the years of studying and applying these fibres into the helmets production. The internal shell is in EPS, moulded with differentiate density in order to offer the best shock absorption in case of impact. The Jet Vintage has an easy-to-use internal sun visor which is placed between the internal and external shell. The inner liners are made with anti-allergic Sanitized fabric, and they’re completely removable and washable, while the chinstrap has a micrometric quick release buckle.
