Airfit Concept ®, this helmet allows the rider to customize the fit thanks to a small pump easily to activate with a button under the chin. In this way the two air bearings, on left and right side, can be inflated and deflated while the system compresses or releases the inner cheek pads giving an absolutely perfect adherence to the face. Comfort has no equals among competitors, and also the background noise is greately minimized.
The
Tri-Composite fiber shell (Fiberglass, Kevlar, Dynema) is built in two dimentions on the base of different available sizes: the first from XS to M, the second from L to XXL. The shell is strong and with a regular thickness. Also the distribution of masses was particularly cared in order to obtain a perceived weight lower than the real one. All this characteristics, together with the revolutionary “Airfit” concept, give an immediate feeling with riders. In order to distribute and absorb the energy produced by a possible impact, the inner part is in EPS composite, with two different levels of density. Also the chin is covered by EPS and also this characteristic - which guarantees a greater protection – is difficult to find among competitors' products.
The aerodynamic shield is neutral and has a very effective anti scratch coating. It usese the same antifog technology (“Everclear”) used by the American army which guarantees an always perfect field of vision. At very extreme conditions, you can use the block-shield, a mechanism with a lever that can place the shield in three different positions: closed, open and “lightly open”. With this last position you can see that the antifog performances are further improved. The shield register itself with “SpeedShift” system, it withdraws and perfectly sticks to the helmet shapes. As accessory you can also choose a racing shield with Tear-Off (Flat Faceshield).
Made in triple density foam the linings are easy to remove and wash thanks to Kwikwick technology, which gives an optimal absorbing and transpiration because all the produced moisture will be quickly dispersed in order to leave the head always fresh and dry.
The ventilation system provides front air vents (upper and lower) with adjustable rear extractors. Front air vents are located in a small spoiler which addresses and maximizes airflow through the helmet.
To underline the sporty character this helmet has the Double D fastening while the aero-skirt helps to reduce noise.
